Graduate in psychology (Master of Psychology) at SWPS University in Warsaw. Graduate in Iberian and Ibero-American Studies at Warsaw University. Currently attending postgradual 4- years’ studies in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy at the school of psychotherapy
Behawioralnie (3rd year). Graduate in postgradual studies in pedagogical preparation.


Achieved a certificate of first level of solution focused brief therapy – training at the Centre of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (CTSR). Certified Crisis Consultant (certificate of the Institute of Crisis Positive Therapy), and Practioner of Motivational Dialogue. Certified trainer of social skills (TUS).


Member of Polish Psychological Society, Association for Contextual Behavioral Science ACBS, ACBS Poland and Polish Association of Cognitive and Schema Therapy.

 

 

Professional experience acquired in psychological and pedagogical counselling centre as psychologist – diagnostician and therapist, within private psychological clinics as therapist, in therapeutic kindergarten for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in Przystań
Psychologiczna as social skills trainer and in football school Ferajna as sport psychologist.


I provide individual therapy for adults in psychological crisis, going through difficult life situations, suffering from anxiety, having problems with relations with others, having low self-esteem, having difficulties with motivation or being assertive. I also work with people who are facing problems in adapting to new life situations or challenges. I provide also individual therapy for children and adolescents having problems with interpersonal relations, emotions’ regulations, coping with anxiety, loss, crisis situations, having difficulties in concentration and motivation. I work also with children with ASD and their parents.


I take part in professional trainings and conference in order to be help my clients live the life they want. My work is regularly evaluated by a supervisor.
