I work at the "Schema Therapy Center" (Centrum Terapii Schema), of which I am the founder, and I run my own independent practice at: "HUMANA Psychotherapy and Sexology Practice".

 

In individual therapy, among other problems and issues, I work with patients who suffer from depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, and sexual disorders. I help adults who are at the crossroads and have decision-making problems, or those who are going through difficult times in their life (death of a loved one, trauma, job loss, etc). While working with patients with personality disorders I use Schema Therapy approach. I also conduct marriage counseling to help couples communicate and solve their problems more efficiently and with more empathy.

The therapy can be led in English, Polish or Spanish.

 

I collaborate with the Mexican Institute of Schema Therapy (Instituto Mexicano de Terapia de Esquemas - IMTE), the Health Department at the Ecuadorian Higher Technical University of Chimborazo (Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo - ESPOCH), the Latin American Association of Schema Therapy (Asociación Latinoamericana de Terapia de Esquemas - ASLATES) and the Frankfurt Schema Therapy Institute (IST-F)
